These prices are effective as of October 1, 2012 and are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the goods and services you selected.
Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff	$2,450.00
Our charge includes: staff available 24 hours a day to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family; obtaining, completing and filing of death certificate; completion of necessary permits and authorizations; notification to clergy, newspaper, cemetery or crematory; assistance in securing entitlements; staff assistance prior to and following services. Also incorporated in this basic fee is a proportionate charge for professional licensure, legal, accounting, clerical, secretarial and other administrative responsibilities, insurance, property taxes, utilities, maintenance and repairs. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for Direct Cremations, Immediate Burials and Forwarding and Receiving Remains)
Embalming	$825.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. This charge includes disposal of regulated medical waste and compliance with OSHA Bloodbourne Pathogen, Formaldehyde, Hazardous Material Communication and Health and Safety Standards/Regulations.

Additional charges for refrigeration of remains after 36 hours will be applicable at the rates set forth on this General Price List. This charge does not include visitation or rites prior to cremation or crematory charges.
Immediate Burial

Plus merchandise selected. Our charge includes: local transfer of remains to funeral home; basic services of funeral director and staff; other preparation of the body; shelter of remains (up to 36 hours); casket coach to local cemetery; graveside service. Additional charges for refrigeration of remains after 36 hours will be applicable at the rate set forth on this General Price List. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to burial or entombment.
Forwarding of Remains to another Funeral Home	$2,585.00
Plus merchandise selected. Our charge includes: local transfer of remains to funeral home; embalming and preparation; basic services of funeral director and staff; arranging air transfer with carrier; notification to receiving funeral home; transfer to B.W.I. Airport. Ground transportation will be at the rate set forth in this General Price List. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to transfer or airline shipping charges.
Receiving of Remains from another Funeral Home	$2,980.00
Our charge includes: local transfer of remains to funeral home; basic services of funeral director and staff; shelter of remains (up to 36 hours); casket coach to local cemetery, graveside services. This charge does not include any merchandise selected.
